Position: Resident Care Manager (RCM)
Pay: Starting at $37.00/HR DOE
Location: Three Rivers Care, 1305 Alexander St., Centralia, WA 98531

What you will do:
- Responsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking, and prevention. Ensure areas are maintained and clean.
- Make daily work assignments for employees, prepare written evaluations, provide disciplinary actions as needed, handle employee complaints, provide training and education,
- Monitor supplies and order as needed
- Receive and transcribe orders to resident charts as written by MD/PA/ARNP. Ensure timely documentation of MAR/TAR and progress notes
- Assess and implement care plans for all residents. Assist with all new admission orders.
- Any other tasks as directed by the DON
Must have:
- Current LPN license without any enforcement action against it
- Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred
- BLS Certified
- Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
