Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using toast POS systems
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including bar areas and dining spaces
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Assist with catering, banquet service, or nightclub events as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Proficiency with POS system order entry and transactions
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, sales, and retail math calculations
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with liquor laws and regulations
