What we are looking for:
Someone who has a desire to help others by providing exceptional customer service to our guests and takes pride in your work. We also want you to enjoy being part of a team with other hardworking, down-to-earth professionals.
What you will do:
- Greet all guests in polite and professional manner
- Ensure guests receive 5-star service by being attentive and efficient during service
- Have a thorough knowledge of the specials of the day and be able to elegantly describe the ingredients, methods of preparation and flavors of each special
- Ascertain a guests satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved
What we ask of you:
- High energy, exceptional customer service and ability to work as a team
- Minimum of Three Years Fine dining serving or bartending experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills to be able serve guests and accurately follow instructions
- Enter all orders in the restaurants computer system
- Commitment to work 40 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to repetitively stand, walk, bend, kneel, and ascend and descend stairs and lift over 20 pounds
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (NO J1 or H2B Visa Sponsorships Available)
