What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech position at Three Rivers Treatment Center LLC?
Installs, repairs, and maintains building systems to include HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, doors and locks
Paints and repairs drywall
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Performs preventive maintenance on facility.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 19 years of age per Commonwealth of Virginia Interdepartmental Regulation of Children’s Residential Facilities.
Experience:
- Experience in operating and maintaining various types of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical equipment in a hospital, patient care environment with a minimum of 4 years preferred
- Knowledge and experience in safe use of basic hand and power tools is required.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings required.
- able to read, interpret, write, and clearly express thoughts, concepts, ideas and opinions required.
- Proactive and professional mannerism, including organizational work processes, required.
- effective time management is required effectively work with others as a team and reliable to work independently.
