📍 Three Rivers Mental Health | Acton, MA
We are seeking a fully licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts to join our growing practice. This position begins at 2 days/week (8 hour work days) with a structured increase to 4 days/week as volume increases making it an ideal opportunity for a clinician looking for a smooth transition into a new role.
This is a W-2 position only and offers a flexible hybrid structure, with an in-person requirement of at least 1 day per week in Acton, MA.
💼 Compensation & Benefits
💰$75- $90/hour, commensurate with experience, (Estimated ~$140,000–$150,000/year at full schedule)
