- Previous experience in customer service, event management, or athletics a plus.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay focused and calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
