Three Rivers Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dependable On-Call LPN to serve patients in Mount Vernon, Cassville, and surrounding communities.
Our 7 days on / 7 days off schedule offers a great work-life balance while allowing you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of hospice patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide after-hours hospice nursing care and symptom management.
- Respond to patient and family needs through phone support and PRN visits.
- Collaborate with physicians and the hospice care team.
- Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications
- Current Missouri LPN license.
- Hospice experience preferred, but not required.
- Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and nursing skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
