Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, helping residents with personal hygiene, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
- Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
- Document Resident food and fluid intake
- Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
- Transport Residents within the facility
- Assist nurses and other staff as needed
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:
- Current and Valid CNA certification and OBRA registry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
- In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
- Physical strength and stamina
- First aid and CPR certifications

Compensation for roles at Three Rivers Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Three Rivers Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Three Rivers Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience
