Position: Director of Rehabilitation
Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000/YR DOE
Open to: PTA, COTA, OTR, and Speech Therapists
Location: Three Rivers Care, 1305 Alexander St, Centralia, WA 98531

What you will do:
- Direct the three rehab departments of physical, occupational, and speech therapy to ensure the highest quality of rehab services in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and CMS guidelines
- Carry out education and training activities, clinical consultation, supervision, and administration
- Collaborate with other members of the Interdisciplinary treatment teams
- Must be able to recruit, select, hire, evaluate, train, and counsel the Rehab Department
- Effectively manage department budget
- Must be able to assist in the evacuation of patients
Must have:
- Must have an active license in physical (PTA), occupational (BSOT, MSOT, COTA), or speech (MA, MS, CCC SLP) therapy and meet the educational requirements as defined in the job description for that license type
- Demonstrate professional knowledge and skills in applying a wide range of theories, principles, and methodologies of occupational therapy
- Must be currently registered/licensed with applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
- Must have two (2) years' supervisory experience in post-acute care or related setting
- Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
