What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Staff position at Three Ponds Sandwich Kitchen?
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented person to join our Front-of-House crew! Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid VT Servers License, excellent communication skills, and be able to keep up in a fast paced environment. Hours are Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday 4pm-9pm. Candidates must be available for all 3 shifts.
This position is tasked with taking orders, making bar and cafe drinks, beverage prep, and during slower times, working solo in our counter-service dining room. This is a closing shift, so responsibilities also include cleaning the bar and dining room at the end of service.
Wages are made up of a base wage, plus a share of the tip pool. Employees can expect a take-home pay of at least $20-$22/hour.

After 90 Days - 401k, with a 3.5% employer match. Only available to employees age 21 .
