Shift: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging equipment
- Monitor and adjust packaging processes to maintain quality and efficiency
- Operate equipment used to package materials and products
- Complete batch records and required production documentation
- Work in a computerized manufacturing environment
- Follow all safety, processing, and regulatory requirements
- Support process improvement projects to improve quality, cost, and scheduling
Production Support:
- Support manufacturing and distribution operations including:
- Assembly, Machinery, Processing, Packaging, Product distribution
- Operate automatic or semi-automatic production equipment
- Report machine malfunctions or abnormalities
- May support:
- Shipping, Receiving, Inventory control, Product storage
Work Environment:
- Continuous production environment
- Must follow established safety and manufacturing procedures
- Work must comply with applicable quality and regulatory requirements
Experience Required:
- 1 year experience in any Medical Assembly/ Packaging line
