Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Location: Waltham, MA
Duration: 6 months Contract
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy.
- Receive, organize, and place parts in correct locations.
- Pick and consolidate orders accurately for shipment.
- Process domestic and international shipments.
- Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Use ERP and shipping systems for inventory and shipment processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting customer and operational needs.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years material handling experience in manufacturing.
- 2 years shipping experience preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems and database entry.
- Knowledge of packaging and shipping raw materials and finished goods.
- Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or DHL Easy Ship.
- Familiarity with Air Waybills, SEDs, and SLIs.
- Knowledge of U.S. Customs ACE system preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, customer service, and communication.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 1 year customer service experience preferred.
- 2 years shipping experience preferred.
- 2–4 years manufacturing material handling experience.
