Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Shift: 2nd or 3rd Shift (On-site)
Description:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on high-speed processing and packaging equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems to minimize downtime.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and document work orders using SAP-PM/CMMS.
- Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, schematics, and technical drawings for equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and improve reliability.
- Operate forklifts, man lifts, ladders, and other maintenance equipment safely.
- Follow GMP, HACCP, LOTO, NFPA, and other safety and quality standards while supporting Lean, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support equipment reliability and production efficiency.

Experience:
- 2–4 years of maintenance mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment or completion of an approved apprenticeship/training program.
- Experience with high-speed processing or packaging equipment is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and root cause analysis skills.
