Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Job Summary
Support embedded software product development through design, development, testing, analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement while meeting cost, quality, and schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and perform embedded software/product design, development, testing, and technical analysis.
- Develop, implement, and validate engineering solutions through feasibility testing and evaluation.
- Analyze technical data, identify trends/issues, and support engineering decisions and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, engineering standards, and user documentation.
- Troubleshoot existing systems and support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Support project planning, risk management, scope changes, schedules, and technical reporting.
- Perform inspections and support compliance with engineering, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of software/engineering design, development, testing, validation, and implementation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with engineering software, development tools, and technical documentation.
- Understanding of project management, risk management, change management, and scope control.
- Strong verbal/written communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned engineering projects.
Desired Skills
- 3 years of Embedded software development, product engineering, engineering analysis, technical documentation, manufacturing systems, or project engineering experience.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
