Job Description
The Data Entry Clerk I is responsible for entering and verifying data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting organizational activities through administrative and clerical tasks. This is an entry-level role with training provided.
Responsibilities
- Enter data from source documents into computer systems.
- Verify entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform audits of data to ensure compliance with procedures.
- May convert data between electronic systems.
- Support activities such as marketing lead tracking, fulfillment, manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and materials transactions.
- Provide routine administrative/clerical support to team members.
- Follow established procedures and deliver results under supervision.
- Communicate with team members to exchange basic information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
