Groundskeeper Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Landscaping experience preferred.
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with the ability to safely transport yourself, materials, and operate company vehicles as needed.
What you'll do as a Groundskeeper:
- Maintain campus grounds and landscaping through tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, snow removal, and reporting landscape or building issues.
- Perform preventive and general maintenance on equipment, vehicles, campus buildings, and related systems, ensuring all machinery operates safely and efficiently.
- Complete work orders and document maintenance activities accurately using computerized maintenance management software (CMMS).
- Support facility upkeep through construction, repairs, cleaning, and adherence to safety regulations and organizational policies.
