Three Part Advisors is expanding its team and has an excellent career opportunity for an investor relations (IR) professional. This position offers the opportunity to develop an IR career and significantly expand your network of investor relationships at a rapidly growing, highly entrepreneurial and ethical firm with a great culture that cares for and develops its people. Candidate will manage IR services for multiple of the firm’s investor relations clients, including executing targeted investor outreach programs for the firm’s publicly traded clients, account administration, and more. In the process, candidate will be able to showcase potential to expand role and responsibilities. Candidate will gain a big-picture understanding of our clients, their markets and investors; and interact directly with C-suite executives, boards of directors, high profile investors and other industry leading professionals. At a time when the value of traditional sell side research firms is decreasing, candidate will learn a new capital markets business model with investor relations programs that focus on relationship building and with goals and priorities directly aligned with public company clients.

Required Skills & Experience
To be a good fit for this opportunity candidate will have:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
· 3-4 years experience in investor relations, marketing small cap companies to investors
· Working knowledge of investment markets
· High level communication skills with ability to interact with senior executives and investment managers/analysts
· Experience organizing and coordinating high level meetings
· Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) applications
· Solid computer skills, including MS Office
· A strong sense of ethics and discretion, and a clean background

Candidate also will need to be willing and able to travel, although in the first year travel will likely be no more than five times and generally for no more than 2-3 days at a time. Candidate may travel to assist with firm’s IDEAS Investor Conferences, or for other reasons such as accompanying client management on a non-deal road show. In the future, depending on how the role evolves, travel may increase.
Role - At Three Part Advisors we take a unique approach to IR that is based on building relationships with clients and investors, matching clients the right investors - investors that will support the client in achieving its strategic goals. We also develop an investment thesis and communication plan to educate investors by providing the insights that hit investors' hot buttons. It is also equally important to communicate what potential risks clients face and how management plans on addressing those risks. In addition, we provide ongoing counsel to guide clients though the IR ups and downs that public companies deal with. Here's where you will fit in . . .
You will manage IR services for multiple accounts, spending most of your time in Investor Relations marketing activities. Your activities will include:
· Coordinating "non-deal road shows," or meetings between our clients (typically the CEO/CFO) and potential investors. This will include:
· Qualifying potential investors as necessary
· Outreach to investors in order to generate new interest in client company stocks and maintaining existing relationships
· Scheduling meetings and setting up itineraries for clients as they visit different areas
· Coordinating related travel for Three Part Advisors participants with our travel agency
· Following up with potential investors to gain insight as to why they did or did not invest with the client
· Setting up conference calls, such as quarterly earnings calls
· Managing contact lists
· Maintaining data points and other relevant information in the firm’s CRM
· Reviewing and updating PowerPoint presentations and other IR messaging, including press releases, fact sheets, websites, etc. for the firm’s clients as needed
· Strategic planning and counsel related to IR programs for the firm’s clients
· Meeting with clients on occasion
· Tracking and reporting on all client activity using established systems and processes
