Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Investor Acquisition Associate to join our team. This role is designed for driven professionals who want to immerse themselves in the world of private equity fundraising, fund structuring, and capital markets. This is a performance-based role that rewards ambition, resilience, and results. Successful candidates will begin with a proving ground phase of six months, with clear opportunities for advancement in both compensation and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master the fundamentals of fundraising, private equity structures, and regulatory frameworks (including Reg A and Reg D offerings).
- Support capital raising efforts by engaging with retail investors, financial advisors, and partners.
- Build and maintain strong investor relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with senior team members on strategy, marketing initiatives, and deal execution.
- Develop expertise in commercial real estate investment funds, including fund management processes and performance reporting.
- Contribute to the growth of FISYN’s investor base by meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Progress toward leadership opportunities, with the potential to lead a team and manage capital raises for a dedicated fund.

Compensation & Growth Path
Initial Compensation: $60,000 base salary efficiency/performance-based bonus
