Three Notch Group is seeking a Utility Project Manager to join our team in Asheville or Charlotte, NC.
The applicant should have the ability to:
- Identify client and project opportunities.
- Successfully manage over $1,000,000 in net revenue for water and wastewater projects.
- Assist clients in developing projects to meet critical success factors.
- Independently develop large proposals to include scope, budget, and schedule with little to no oversight.
- Diagnose project financial issues and make mid-course corrections.
- Support business development efforts in the Carolinas.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 10 years of experience
- Registered Professional Engineer
- Valid driver’s license
- Management experience in municipal water and wastewater consulting (with a minimum of 8 years as a project manager)
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling the candidate to develop and maintain strong client and teammate relationships
