Experienced Dental Assistant – Patient-Focused, Technology-Driven Practice

Three Notch Dental is seeking a dependable and experienced Dental Assistant to join our committed team in California, MD. We are a privately owned practice with a close-knit team, low staff turnover, and a strong commitment to excellent patient care. We are looking for someone who is dependable, upbeat, hardworking, and interested in becoming a long-term member of our team. We are a fully digital office equipped with CBCT, intraoral scanning, a 3D printer, and an in-house crown and bridge lab.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has a minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience
• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills
• Is calm, compassionate, and attentive to patient needs
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Has a valid X-ray certification

What You Can Expect:

• Competitive hourly pay: $20 to $30, based on experience

• No weekend hours and a structured work schedule to support work-life balance:
• Mon, Tues, Thurs: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Wed: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Fri: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Beginning next April, our schedule will change to:
• Monday through Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• No-cost dental care for you and your immediate family
