Job Description:
Your base pay will depend on what you bring to the table. Both cash and credit card tips are pooled with your teammates. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As an employee in our Wine Shop and Tasting Room, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct wine tastings and educate customers about our wines
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space
- Assist with stocking shelves and inventory management
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge and passion for wine is a plus, but not required (we provide training!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
