Three Creeks Luxury Spa, LLC is a high-end destination spa dedicated to exceptional guest care and a calm, restorative environment. We are seeking two Part-Time Spa Coordinators to join our front-of-house team. These individuals will play a central role in ensuring that every guest’s visit is seamless from arrival to departure, reflecting the signature warmth and polish of the Three Creeks experience.
Position Details
- Status: Part-Time (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Compensation: $15 per hour
- Location: Kingsport, Tennessee
- Available Shifts:
- Monday – Friday: 4:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a refined, tranquil experience.
- Manage client check-ins and check-outs, ensuring seamless coordination with massage therapists, estheticians, and other service providers.
- Maintain the spa’s appointment schedule through the booking system, verifying accuracy of timing, service type, and staff assignments.
- Answer guest inquiries, offering detailed knowledge of services, packages, and promotions.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions with accuracy, including service payments, product purchases, and gift card sales.
- Keep the reception and retail areas organized, fully stocked, and visually aligned with the spa’s luxury aesthetic.
- Coordinate daily communication between front desk, treatment staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and guest flow.
- Monitor cleanliness and ambiance in common areas, promptly addressing any issues with lighting, scent, music, or refreshment displays.
- Assist with product inventory management, restocking retail supplies as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion regarding guest information and internal operations.
- Record and report any scheduling conflicts, equipment issues, or client feedback promptly to management.
- Contribute to maintaining a calm, elegant environment that reinforces the Three Creeks Luxury Spa brand and standard of excellence.
Qualifications
- Prior customer service or front-desk experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills with an ability to remain composed in a busy environment.
- Comfort using booking and point-of-sale systems (training provided).
- Reliable, polished, and professional demeanor consistent with a luxury service environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
