As an Operations Manager, you'll lead our crews to ensure every installation meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer care. Job Duties: How You Win Everyday
- Lead and manage each of our 3-person crews, providing coaching and support.
- Conduct quality assurance checks in the field to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to maintain alignment between proposals and installations.
- Resolve escalations quickly and professionally, serving as a field-level problem solver.
Qualifications: What You Offer
- Minimum of 3-5 years of people management experience, ideally in construction or field operations.
- Passion for people development and hands-on coaching.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively, while responding quickly to operational challenges.
