Job Duties: How You Win Everyday
- Drive results by handling inbound and outbound calls that turn leads into scheduled appointments.
- Own the schedule by coordinating and managing field representatives' calendars for maximum efficiency, minimal conflicts, and on-time appointments.
- Exceed the standard by hitting and surpassing goals for lead conversion, appointment retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Build trust by communicating clearly and personally with customers.
- Team up for success by collaborating with fellow coordinators and field reps to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience.
- Must be at least 18
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, scheduling or coordination responsibilities preferred
- A history of reliable and consistent job longevity
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, a felony/misdemeanor background check
