The Opportunity

- Earning Potential: $70,000 – $160,000 per year (Base Uncapped Commission & Performance Bonuses).
- Schedule: Full-time, including weekends.
What You’ll Do
- Master the Lead: Respond to high-volume internet inquiries with lightning speed and professional flair.
- Be ready to be phone Ninja with focus to make over over 120 quality phone calls.
- Consult & Convert: Guide customers through the digital car-buying process, from virtual walkarounds to final delivery.
- Relationship Management: Utilize our CRM to nurture leads, set appointments, and maintain a robust pipeline of repeat business.
- Stay Current: Become a Toyota product expert, mastering everything from the Hybrid RAV4 to the Tundra I-FORCE MAX.

What You Need (Requirements)
- Experience: 1–2 years of Automotive Sales experience (Internet/BDC experience preferred).
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., VinSolutions, Elead) and digital communication tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills—your emails and texts must be as professional as your face-to-face pitch.
- Drive: A "hunter" mentality with the discipline to follow up until the deal is done.
- Credentials: Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License.
Salary : $70,000 - $160,000
