The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our owners by effectively communicating, managing owner inquiries, and maintaining accurate records using various computer systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to owner accounts and communications.
• Utilize computer systems to manage owner information, track interactions, and update records accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve owner issues and ensure a positive ownership experience.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with owners via phone, email, and other channels.
