Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vacation rental properties before and after guest stays to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition.
- Identify and document any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards and report them promptly to the property management team.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of any issues found during inspections.
- Verify that all property amenities and appliances are in working order and meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, including photos and detailed notes.
- Communicate effectively with property owners, guests, and internal teams to uphold high standards of service.
- Assist with inventory checks and restocking of supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an inspector, preferably in property management or vacation rental industry.
