We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Territory Sales Representative to develop and grow our contractor business throughout a territory servicing Forestville and the DC market. This position has uncapped commissions' earning potential.

What You'll Do
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit plumbing and HVAC contractors at their offices, shops, and job sites
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-through
- Collaborate with inside sales teams to prepare quotations and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
- Process and manage customer orders, including counter, delivery, special-order, and direct-ship requests
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
- Promote strategic product lines and manufacturer programs
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers
- Work closely with vendor partners to support customer needs and drive sales growth
- Assist with customer returns, credits, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with the credit department regarding account management, collections, and credit limits
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and training opportunities
- Support branch operations and inside sales team members as needed
- Communicate market conditions, customer feedback, and growth opportunities to management

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in outside sales, wholesale distribution, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or a related industry
- Mechanical aptitude and technical understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems
- Experience working directly with contractors and tradespeople
