SOUS CHEF - BEST OF THE BEST NEEDED
We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. As the Head Chef's right-hand person, you will play a key role in leading the crew, maintaining high standards, and keeping kitchen operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and service.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the kitchen crew.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and task delegation.
- Maintain excellent standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Monitor preparation, inventory, ordering, and waste control.
- Ensure all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures are followed.
- Step into a leadership role when the Head Chef is unavailable.
- Help create a positive, organized, and professional kitchen environment.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is a strong team leader who remains calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and takes pride in producing excellent food. Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar kitchen leadership role is preferred.
