CNC Operator Summary/Objective
The Machine Operators are responsible for a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Machine Operators utilize technology to cut and/or sew fabric for the sample production team.
CNC Operator Essential Functions

- Inspects; verifies part meets quality specifications from work order.
- Load fabric on to Gerber/Lectra cutting machine table to be cut according to specifications of work order.
- Off loads cut fabric from Gerber/Lectra cutting machines and groups according to work order
- Bundle fabric work orders, load on sewing racks
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment
- Read prints and process sheets
- Assist with the training of new employees, and follow all company policies and procedures
- Demonstrate ability to work successfully in a team based environment that heavily emphasizes quality, performance, cross-training, and accountability
- Consistently satisfy or exceed productivity requirements
CNC Operator Preferred Experience Qualifications
- Read, learn and follow training, adhere precisely to written procedures
- Problem solving skills
- Must be able to follow detailed instruction, inspection procedures and product appearance
- Will work from client specific specifications
- Perform addition/subtraction and Count items
- Specific vision ability required includes close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Work quickly on your own or in a team
- Must also be able to enter data into a computer screen
- Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
- Preferred Experience with AutoCAD, Gerber and Lectra Cutting Machine

Required to stoop, kneel and crouch. Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts as well as a loud environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.
