Role Overview
We are seeking motivated, customer‑focused Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing network. In this role, you’ll build relationships, assess client needs, and match them with the right insurance plans. Success is driven by a blend of consultative selling, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help people secure their financial future.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, referrals, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs analyses, explain policy options, and tailor solutions that align with each client’s goals.
- Maintain Relationships: Provide ongoing support, answer policy questions, and manage renewals to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas, contributing to overall team performance.
- Compliance & Documentation: Accurately complete applications, maintain required licensing, and adhere to all regulatory standards.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product changes, industry trends, and sales techniques through regular training sessions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in insurance sales, financial services, or a related field (newer agents with strong sales aptitude are welcome).
- Licensing: Active state insurance license(s) (or willingness to obtain).
- Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and empathetic communicator—both written and verbal.
- Self‑Motivation: Proven ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and stay organized..
- Integrity: Commitment to ethical selling practices and protecting client confidentiality.
