Our suite of specialty analyses helps solve complex design challenges, improves constructability, maximizes energy efficiency, and increases security. The Role
We have an opportunity for an Co-op to join our Façade Practice in Spring 2026. This individual will be responsible for the assessment and detailing of building envelopes, running relevant analyses, materials, systems research, and coordinating project work with the team. Must be conscientious and creative, detail-oriented, and professional with attentiveness to client communications.
Responsibilities
The rate for this position generally is $1 - $400 hourly. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the Massachusetts Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is based on what a successful Massachusetts applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in Massachusetts or perform the position from Massachusetts. Similar positions located outside of Massachusetts will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by Massachusetts Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee’s pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.

The Role

Must be conscientious and creative, detail-oriented, and professional with attentiveness to client communications.
Responsibilities
- Researches materials and systems to determine specific project suitability.
- Coordination of design work with in-house staff as we as other design professionals including Architects and other Engineering disciplines.
- Prepares detailing in 2D and 3D format for client communication.
- Assists in construction administration, responding to RFIs, and organizing submittal logs.
- Attends construction meetings, performs site inspections, and prepares field reports for clients.
- Undergraduate or graduate student with a concentration in engineering or architecture.
- Excellent academic record.
- Experience in Bluebeam, Sketchup, Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD is helpful but not required.
