Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, dispatching service technicians.
- Communicate effectively with technicians via phone calls, ensuring clear instructions, updates, and support throughout their routes.
- Manage incoming service requests from customers through phone calls, emails, or internal communication channels, prioritizing urgent needs and scheduling accordingly.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes.
- Excellent communication skills—both phone etiquette and internal communication—along with strong organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to manage phone calls professionally while providing exceptional customer service during high-pressure situations.
