What are the responsibilities and job description for the Measure Schedule Coordinator position at Thornton Flooring?
The Measure Team Schedule Coordinator is an administrative professional who schedules and arranges appointments for Measure Team/Estimators to draw the interiors of homes, apartment, townhomes, schools, churches, medical and professional facilities such as hospitals, retail, commercial and industrial businesses. Also maintains an efficient coordination of team members and resources to perform measuring and estimation tasks across the company’s geographical territories.
Responsibilities include:
- Route measures for the Measure Team.
- Review measure requests with Sales Team to ensure the correct rooms and products to be measured are identified to create a scope of work for the Measure Team to perform.
- Verify customer name, address and phone number to assist the Measure Team efficiently and productively schedule appointments and time frames.
- Communicate with customers by phone or email to schedule, remind and follow-up on appointments.
- Email or mail reminders to customers and clients, Sales Team and Measure Team when appropriate.
- Add, cancel, or make changes to appointments in the organization’s schedule.
- Resolve appointment conflicts for staff, customers or clients.
- Schedule staff coverage in order to optimize the company’s best operations standards.
- Produce and process schedules and reports as they are requested by administrative staff, customer or clients.
