Thomson Family Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Office Associate to join our team.
Owned by Dr. Charles Spicer and Dr. Quynh Spicer, our practice proudly serves Thomson and the surrounding communities in a warm, welcoming environment. Since opening our expanded office, we’ve continued to grow—and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional patient experiences and helping our practice thrive.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and help create a positive first impression
- Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling appointments
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Verify insurance benefits and process payments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate the daily schedule to help the office run smoothly
- Support the clinical team with general administrative tasks
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every patient interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort using computers and scheduling software
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior dental or medical front office experience is preferred
Bonus points for experience with:
- Dental insurance verification
- Scheduling software (especially Eaglesoft)
- Dental terminology and treatment coordination
