Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role with mandatory required travel to conduct remote trainings and office located in Sparks, NV, for a Technical Trainer. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective technical training programs to enhance skills and knowledge among employees. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, conducting workshops or in-person sessions, assessing training outcomes, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry regulations. Additionally, the role involves continuously evaluating program effectiveness to foster employee development and maintain a high standard of technical competency.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Technical Training in the propane industry and knowledge of training principles and methodologies
- Experience in Training & Development and the ability to create and implement effective training programs
- Proven skills in Communication and facilitating content for a diverse audience
- Ability to conduct hands-on training in both classroom and field environments
- Familiarity with safety protocols, compliance standards, and operational procedures in the energy sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
