Thompson First Group is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to support product quality and compliance within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure all products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final product inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct routine testing and document results in accordance with SOPs and GMP guidelines
- Review batch records, labeling, and packaging for accuracy and compliance
- Identify and report deviations, non-conformances, and quality issues
- Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Previous quality control or inspection experience in manufacturing (pharma, food, or regulated industry preferred)
- Familiarity with GMP, FDA, or ISO standards is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and work independently or on a team
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
Shift:
- 1st Shift: 7 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday
- 2nd Shift: 5:30 pm to 4 am, Monday through Thursday
