Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain, waste, and vent systems in both residential and commercial settings
• Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately
• Perform drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to clear blockages and prevent backups
• Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and personnel to job sites
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete tasks efficiently
• Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, installing new piping systems, or performing minor carpentry tasks
• Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols and heavy lifting procedures
• Interact professionally with customers by providing clear explanations of work performed and offering maintenance advice

Requirements

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial environments
• Knowledge of construction plumbing codes, local building regulations, and safety standards
• Skilled in welding, pipe threading, plumbing inspection cameras, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as power tools, HVAC equipment, and construction site machinery safely
• Mechanical knowledge of water systems, HVAC integration, and plumbing system maintenance and repair techniques
• Experience with drain cleaning equipment and techniques for clearing complex blockages
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating a company vehicle in compliance with commercial driving regulations
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Physical ability for heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces as required on construction sites
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs
• Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support

Pay: $26.00 - $34.50 per hour
