Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and waste disposal for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure precise installation and repairs.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete projects efficiently.
• Perform drain cleaning using appropriate methods and equipment to prevent or resolve blockages.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Operate company vehicles safely for transportation to job sites while adhering to commercial driving regulations.
• Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling or new construction projects involving plumbing systems.
• Assist with construction site tasks such as carpentry or heavy lifting as needed to support plumbing installations.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including schematics, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.

Skills

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with knowledge of residential and commercial systems.
• Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Strong understanding of water systems, HVAC integration, and plumbing system maintenance.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans accurately.
• Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras and drain cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations relevant to plumbing work.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Mechanical aptitude combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
• Experience working on construction sites with a focus on remodeling or new installations.
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely while maintaining proper ergonomics during physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws.
