Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles.

Pay is based off of experience, certifications, and production.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs on Honda or Toyota vehicles and other makes as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to identify issues and complete repairs efficiently.
- Read and interpret repair orders to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding vehicle issues and recommended services.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in automotive repair.

Qualifications
- ASE Certification is required.
- A minimum of 2 years experience is required.
- Proven experience as a service technician or mechanic; preferably with Honda or Toyota experience.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and repair techniques.
- Ability to read technical manuals effectively.
- Experience with auto estimating software is a plus.
- Proficient in using various hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
- Certification from an accredited automotive program is preferred but not required.
