Why this job?
- Rapid pay progression: $17.31 to start → $18.71 at 30 days → $20.11 at 60 days → $21.51 at 90 days (contract-defined rate)
- Extra retirement funding: $2.16 per hour after 30 working days (about $4,500/year) at no cost to you
- Daily overtime: 1.5x after 8 hours in a day (not only after 40 hours/week)
- Sunday/holiday premium: 2x pay
- Sign-on Bonus: $100 at 30 days, $200 at 60 days, $300 at 90 days
What will you do?
- Build and finish concrete pipe
- Tie rebar and prepare reinforcement
- Patch, grind, and perform detailed finishing
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Move materials as part of the production flow
