Responsibilities
- Call potential customers to determine equipment rental needs, set up accounts, and transact business.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up appointments for outside sales reps.
- Re-engage dormant and inactive customers to uncover future rental opportunities.
- Communicate special offers, promotions, and updates via phone, email, text, and other channels.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High energy level with a positive, proactive approach.
- Self-starter with strong initiative.
- Sales or sales-related experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Heavy Equipment industry experience preferred but not required.
