Architectural Project Manager

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between vision and reality, leading high-stakes projects across multiple offices and ensuring our clients receive nothing short of excellence.

• Architectural & Civil Engineering Excellence: Take the helm of primary architectural and secondary engineering projects, steering them from initial concept to ribbon-cutting.
• Strategic Leadership: You won’t just manage timelines; you’ll manage relationships. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are met with precision.
• Business Intelligence: Partner with senior leadership to identify new opportunities. You’ll use your "Diagnostic-First" mindset to spot organizational needs and turn them into project roadmaps.
• The Hub of Communication: Acting as the central nervous system for our project teams, you’ll ensure seamless collaboration across multiple offices and diverse disciplines.

• The Experience: 8-10 years of proven success in project management, specifically within the A/E/C industry.
• The Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree is required; if you have an MBA or advanced certifications (PMP, LEED, or similar), that’s a major plus.
• The Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with modern project management tools and know how to use data to drive decisions.
