Essential Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities
Guest Arrival & Departure Services
Safely transport guests to and from approved destinations within the radius set by management
This position is physical by nature. While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to see, hear, reach, handle, feel, stoop, bend, crouch, sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours per shift. The role requires the ability to lift and maneuver luggage and other items weighing up to 50–100 lbs.

Essential Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities
Guest Arrival & Departure Services
- Warmly welcome guests, creating a positive first impression of the hotel
- Greet all guests passing through the lobby and offer assistance
- Assist with guest arrivals and departures, including opening doors and escorting guests as needed
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms, storage areas, and the front drive
- Maintain accurate records of luggage deliveries and pick-ups
- Provide guests with a hotel orientation upon arrival
Safely transport guests to and from approved destinations within the radius set by management
- Assist guests during the loading and unloading of luggage and personal items
- Provide recommendations, directions, and general information about the hotel and surrounding area during transport
- Comprehend and comply with all traffic laws, speed limits, and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of the house car, including routine washing and interior upkeep
- Ensure vehicles are fueled and report any maintenance or service needs promptly
- Exercise caution to prevent damage to vehicles, property, or other cars
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Accommodate special requests whenever possible and assist with resolving guest concerns
- Respond knowledgeably to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, in-house events, and off-property recommendations
- Maintain effective communication within the Guest Services team and with all hotel departments
- Perform guest and hotel-related errands, which may include local travel off property
- Support Front Office, and Guest Services operations as needed
- Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and guest needs
- Perform all other duties as assigned by leadership
