Essential Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities
- Training and leading a team of servers in a restaurant
- Greet Guests, Seat at tables, Take their orders
- Ensure timely and accurate serving of orders
- Offer promotional menus
- Address and solve customer concerns
- Lead server takes responsibility for serving staff when manager is occupied
- Opening and Closing Venues when needed
- Run Floor without manager during admin hours
- Ensure cleanliness checkout are completed with staff
- All other duties as assigned by leadership
