Job Summary
The Sauce is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our team! As a Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. We are located right across the from our sister restaurant The Taco Stache.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing them with menus and information about specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are correct.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, following all food handling and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred; experience in elevated dining is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
