Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the restaurant during your assigned shifts, including managing guest reservations and table assignments.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure consistency and adherence to restaurant policies.
- Assist in managing inventory, including procurement, stocking, and minimizing waste.
- Monitor and manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including cash handling, billing, and expense control.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and operational challenges efficiently and professionally.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff effectively.
