This position will provide critical documentation and administrative support to the Quality Department at our Sumter, SC Fabrication Shop. The role focuses on organizing quality records, ensuring document control, and overall general support.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and documentation support across TCG Quality.
- Organize, consolidate, and digitize files to eliminate duplication and ensure audit-ready accessibility.
- Support document control: revision tracking, obsolete document removal, redline/as-built integration.
- Input and maintain data in electronic record systems; generate Welder Qualifications based on testing ranges.
- Assemble and review turnover packages to include test records, drawings, change orders, RFIs, weld logs, NDE, welder qualifications, etc.
- Supports site operations through timekeeping and personnel administration.
- Support shop QC tasks during peak needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3 years relevant experience preferred (Quality/Construction background strongly desired).
- Proficiency with Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and document management tools.
- Familiarity with quality terminology, welding processes, welder qualifications, and construction documentation (Weld Logs, WPS, NDE, FME, turnover packages, etc.).
- Excellent oral, written, planning, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated; able to work independently or in teams.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, detail-orientation, and deadline focus.
- Welding/construction inspection experience a plus.
- Must pass drug test and background check as required.
