Role Overview
The Divisional Operations Leader is accountable for operational execution, team development, and process consistency across a growing multi‑market division.
This role partners closely with leadership to translate growth strategy into predictable, high‑quality daily operations. The focus is on building strong managers, simple systems, and reliable execution in a fast‑paced construction environment.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, coaching teams, and creating operational clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and improve day‑to‑day operations across multiple markets
- Build and standardize simple, repeatable operating processes
- Own scheduling and capacity planning to drive predictability
- Coach and support Operations Managers, Production Managers, and field leaders
- Improve quality performance, safety consistency, and productivity
- Ensure accurate operational workflows for timekeeping, job data, and billing support
- Drive adoption of operational systems and reporting tools
- Support operational setup and stabilization of new markets
