We are actively looking for a talented and experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Process and post customer payments and accounts receivable transactions daily
- Create, distribute, and maintain accurate customer invoices
- Apply cash, checks, and electronic payments to customer accounts
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, short pays, and past-due balances
- Prepare and distribute customer A/R statements and reports as needed
- Maintain organized A/R records through scanning and filing
- Communicate account updates with internal teams and customers
- Maintain daily cash box and related logs
- Assist with accounts payable tasks and support month-end close, as assigned
- Train as backup support for the Credit Manager

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Able to analyze data and resolve discrepancies.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and effective when communicating with customers and internal teams.
Compensation
- This position offers a starting compensation of $23 - $26 per hour, based on experience.
